Shipper Agreement

• I will provide accurate and complete descriptions of all goods offered for transport, including weight, dimensions, nature of goods, and any special handling requirements.
• I will not offer prohibited, illegal, or undeclared dangerous goods for transport. If goods fall under ADR classification, I will declare this at the time of booking and ensure the carrier is ADR-certified.
• I acknowledge my obligations as sender under the CMR Convention (Article 7), including providing the carrier with accurate documentation and information necessary for transport.
• I understand that I am liable for damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipment descriptions, including undeclared dangerous goods or prohibited items.
• I will ensure all goods are properly packaged and labelled in accordance with applicable transport regulations.
• I will comply with all export control regulations, sanctions, and customs requirements applicable to the goods being shipped.
• I understand that the transport contract is between me and the carrier directly. Cargly acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the transport agreement.
• I accept that payment is held in escrow until I confirm delivery, and I will confirm or dispute delivery in a timely manner.
